Jonathan and I were having a discussion about Battlestar Galactica, and I kept calling Starbuck "Starhawk." He was like, who's Starhawk?
Yeah.
One is a fictional character on a sci-fi TV show.
The other is a very real woman, a fixture in the Wicca and eco-feminism movement.
I think it's funny that I'm more familiar with the second than I am with the first. :)

So, you're finally watching BSG??? Can't wait to deconstruct it & squee about it with you.
Neither can I! At this point though we've only seen the beginning miniseries. We want to finish the second season of ST: VOY before we start BSG.
I still miss BSG!
You have left me so far behind I didn't understand one word of any of these conversations. I remember we used to say PDQ, but I'm not sure what it meant. (Was it Pretty Damned Quick???)
