CPE

Stephanie asked how it was going. So far I've talked to a lot of people in their rooms and in the ICU, been in the room during a code and counseled the family after the man died, and spent two hours up on the psych ward with a delusional patient. Whatever else it's been, it sure hasn't been boring! It's very meaningful and rewarding work. But admittedly, it's exhausting. All in all though, I'm enjoying it and I know that the skills I learn will be helpful to my rabbinate.
