Do NOT go to this restaurant

Anyone who reads this and lives in Cincinnati, do NOT go to the Ruby Tuesday's in Kenwood. We were there tonight with a party of about 20 people, and the manager assigned ONE waitress to all of us. We waited almost an hour for our food, my order showed up wrong, the waitress couldn't remember who had what so started just yelling out the orders so people would raise their hands, the water glasses never got refilled, and the checks were a downright fiasco. The manager came by at the end of dinner to apologize for the service and give everyone a discount, and promised us comp'd dessert. But then no one ever came by to take dessert orders.

By the end, an hour after dinner when we finally got free cupcakes, the waitress who had originally given us someone's else's check still couldn't find ours. We had our coats on, Xander was near asleep on Jonathan's shoulder, and the waitress started to ask what we had ordered in order to re-bill us. Halfway through her sentence the manager (who obviously saw my face and didn't want to mess with a furious hormonal pregnant woman) cut her off and told us that our meal was complimentary and we were free to go.

All in all, the food was good. It was even better considering we didn't pay for it. But OY... usually I'm tolerant, understanding even. Not this time.

Is that where we went to dinner with Lynn when we arrived and the service was terrible for just the 5 of us? Good that the manager finally stepped up. Certainly a frustration you didn't need.

Uh, no, that was another restaurant completely. Doesn't say much for Cincinnati, does it?
